The driver of a white Infinity G35 that was travelling northbound on Lillia Road at a high rate of speed failed to stop at a stop sign at the intersection of Aldine Bender and lost control late last month, striking several trees. The passenger was killed on impact; the driver suffered minor injuries. He was taken into custody at the scene.
Miguel Angel Grimaldo, 30, is charged with intoxication manslaughter. His male passenger, 24, was pronounced dead at the scene.
